In its 48th consecutive year of providing community services to single-family homeowners who are located in unincorporated Naperville, Northern Wheatland Township and Will County.We hired an attorney, testified before Naperville's City Council and succeeded in modifying the proposed development (no apartment buildings or townhouses, smaller commercial area, larger lots, etc.). Formed in 1974, the NWTHA was established in response to a developer's proposal for two subdivisions (now known as Springbrook Crossings and Brook Crossings Estates) and a commercial area (Leverenz Plaza) that would be annexed to Naperville.
